BREAKFAST
What sets us apart from all other BnB’s is that we offer a complimentary breakfast that rivals many boutique city hotels. Our ‘self serve’ continental breakfast is available between 6:30am until 11:00am in the communal dining room. After you have finished breakfast, please clear your setting and place dishes in the dishwasher.
CAFE BARISTA
Our all day and night coffee and tea is complimentary. There is an endless supply of cookies, real and instant coffee, hot chocolate, teas and cafe flavours to make your perfect beverage.
MINI BAR
Our mini bar operates on a honour system with no pre-payment necessary. Beer $5 ~ Wine $20 ~ Champagne $20
KITCHEN COOKING
Our ‘Bed & Breakfast’ provides some basic cooking facilities for our guests, if you are planning to prepare your own meal at home, our microwave, cooktop and outdoor bbq are available to cook your meal.
ICE MACHINE
Located in the kitchen is a self serve automated ice machine and chilled water dispenser.
LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE
Located under the entry stair case is a washing machine, clothes dryer and stands.
TOWELS
Please use the bath sheets located on your bed for inhouse use only. If you need fresh towels, send us a TXT and leave used towels outside your door by 11:00am and we will gladly replace them.
ALFRESCO DINING AND BBQ
The electric bbq and outdoor dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare your outdoor dining experience, please clean after use.
QUIET TIME AFTER 10PM
As most of our guests are up early to attend tours, we have a 10pm Quiet Time (curfew) to ensure a peaceful sleep for all guests. Please set a sensible volume on the TV and if you are returning late from being out, be super silent not to disturb our other guests.
CHECK OUT / DEPARTURE
Room check-out time is 11:00am, please leave your keys in your room door when departing. If you have a late departing bus or flight and wish to leave your baggage, we can store them for you until your Hervey Bay departure.
GUEST ROOM PRIVACY
All of our guests rooms are private and must not be entered. Please keep your bedroom door closed at all times not only for privacy but, to ensure the air-conditioning is not going to waste.
SHARED FACILITIES
The kitchen and dining room is communal and shared with other guests. Please leave the facilities neat and tidy at all times.
SECURITY AI CAMERAS
Hervey Bay is a safe community and for additional peace of mind, our compounds are fully secured (please ensure the entry door is properly closed). We have on-site staff 24/7 and an extensive AI camera system in all common and outdoor areas. Strangers or visitors are not permitted to enter the property, only registered guests.
HOUSE KEEPING
If you are planning to go exploring, we like to perform our house keeping and re-stocking duties between 11:00 - 2:00pm.
SMOKING
Vaping (electronic cigarette) or tobacco smoking is permitted out doors only in the garden. Please be respectful to not allow 2nd hand smoke to disturb other guests. Guests will be charged $500 for smoking in a guest room.
