CHECK OUT / DEPARTURE
Please vacate on time 10:00am, our housekeeping team work to a tight schedule, delaying them could incur a surcharge, please leave your keys in the door.
HOUSE KEEPING
When departing, please be kind to our house keepers and leave your apartment neat and tidy with dishes washed (or the security deposit will be forfeit). Please be cautious when eating or drinking on the sofa, a house keeping surcharge of $250 applies to repair damage to furniture or for any additional housekeeping.
KITCHEN COOKING
Our Apartments provide cooking facilities, if you are planning to prepare your own meal at home, a microwave, cooktop and outdoor bbq are available to cook your meal.
COMPLIMENTARY SELF SERVE BREAKFAST
We have included in your apartment some complimentary items for a light self serve breakfast such as, tea, coffee, eggs, milk, juice, butter, jams, cereals and bread.
ALFRESCO DINING AND BBQ
The electric bbq and outdoor dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare your outdoor dining experience, please clean after use.
TECHNOLOGY
Our apartments have Netflix and Chromcast connected to each TV. Use your iPhone or any Wifi enabled device to “cast” any video playing on your device to the TV in your apartments.
ALFRESCO SHOWER
If you are returning from the beach, please use our fun outdoor shower to freshen up and wash away any beach sand.
GUEST LAUNDRY
Located under the rear stair case are complimentary washing machines, washing detergent, cloths baskets, clothes dryers and ironing facilities. Located in your rear courtyard or balcony is a drying rack.
ICE MACHINE
Located in the guest laundry is a self serve ice machine. Please use the ice scoop to dispense the ice into a container.
EV CHARGER
Our EV charger is complimentary. After charging your vehicle please turn off the isolator and relocate your car for the next EV guest.
CURFEW
As most of our guests are up early to attend tours, we have a 10pm Quiet Time (curfew) to ensure a peaceful sleep for all. Please set a sensible volume on the TV and if you are returning late from being out, be super quiet returning to your apartment including, enjoying your outdoor private courtyard or balcony after curfew.
SMOKING
Vaping (electronic cigarette) or tobacco smoking is permitted out doors only at the seating area loacated at rear stairs or carpark. Please be respectful to not allow 2nd hand smoke to disturb other guests. Guests will be charged $800 for smoking in a guest room.
SECURITY AI CAMERAS
Hervey Bay is a safe community and for additional peace of mind, our compounds are fully secured (please ensure the entry door is properly closed). We have on-site staff 24/7 and an extensive AI camera system in all common and outdoor areas. Strangers or visitors are not permitted to enter the property, only registered guests.
DRIVEWAY GATE
The driveway gate is fully automated to close on 90 seconds, ample time for you to pass thru to the street or access the property. The driveway gate is not for pedestrian access and to avoid serious injury or car damage, please do not stand in front of or obstruct the driveway gate when closing or opening and, it must be operated by an adult only. Press the exit button or remote once only to open the gate, pressing the button multiple times will override the preset program and potentially close the gate on your vehicle. Please observe all the warning signs as we do not accept any responsibility for personal injury or vehicle damage resulting from the operation of the driveway gate.
